DMS Design Library
DMS runs an insurance lead marketplace whose four brands drive $100M in revenue. I designed and built the DMS Design Library, one coded design system that all four brand apps install as an npm package.
Lifeforce
Lifeforce is a longevity telehealth company backed by Tony Robbins, with over 10,000 members. I led design of the member dashboard, checkout, scheduling flows, and clinician portal for 3+ years, all delivered as coded components.
Houston Post Tension
Houston Post Tension is a full-service concrete reinforcement company in Texas. I designed HPT Cloud, the custom MRP that replaced their Microsoft Access system and now runs estimates, orders, fabrication, and field labor across 70,000+ SKUs.
Markup Hero
Markup Hero is a screenshot and annotation tool for Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chrome with 50,000+ active users. I co-founded it in 2020 and built it with two partners, and we sold the business in November 2025.
My experience
My background is relatively unique for a designer, as I've been a founder and I deliver my designs in code. I've built and managed full design systems, led engineers, and gotten a good feel for when a rough implementation is enough and when something needs to be just right.
I've designed and built products for over 10 years, mostly on multi-year engagements like Lifeforce and Houston Post Tension, as well as Markup Hero, a product I co-founded. AI development tools have made the design-in-code workflow a lot faster. I've also shipped AI into a product, a trained model that automates parts of estimating at Houston Post Tension, with a review screen that sends anything uncertain back to the estimator.
I usually end up doing more than design, stepping in as product owner or managing the implementation when a team needs it. I run a product studio, 10Bit Partners, with an engineering partner (Glib Tsyrklyevych), which is how several of these projects were delivered.

I designed HPT Cloud, a custom MRP that replaced an old Microsoft Access system and a pile of spreadsheets. It manages 70,000+ SKUs with pricing that changes by customer, takeoff type, and project location, and has saved hundreds of employee hours per week. I also trained an LLM to automate parts of estimating, and designed the review screen where estimators check its work before it reaches the estimate.

I led product design of the member experience and clinician tools as Lifeforce grew from a couple hundred members to over 10,000. I completed a full redesign in 2024 with a coded component system, which allowed the front-end team to get features into production three to four times faster. The core products we launched increased ARPU by roughly 25% and reduced scheduling and shipping support issues by roughly 65%.

I co-founded a cloud-based screenshot and annotation tool, plus a developer library, and ran design and support. We grew it to over 50,000 active users, fully bootstrapped and profitable, and sold the business in November 2025.
