Markup Hero is a powerful, free tool for capturing and sharing screenshots, with robust annotation features for images, PDFs, and websites. It works seamlessly across Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chrome.
My Experience
My design experience is relatively unique: I've been a founder, and I deliver my design solutions in code using the latest technologies and workflows. I've built and managed full design systems, led engineers, and developed a keen sense of when to move quickly with rough implementations versus when to refine and polish.
Over ten years of experience has dramatically improved the speed at which I can work with teams to implement high-quality, polished designs and flows. With the help of AI development tools, that velocity has only accelerated. I have also shipped AI into products, including a trained model that automates parts of an estimating workflow and a review screen that routes anything uncertain back to a person.
I believe that being able to design, plan and manage implementation is the future of product work. My diverse experience and skills helps me be more than just a designer, but able to step up as a product owner when needed. I also run a product studio, 10Bit Partners, with an engineering partner, which is how several of these projects were delivered.

I designed HPT Cloud from the ground up to support Houston Post Tension's rapidly growing operation and injected new efficiencies into their workflows. I also trained an LLM to automate parts of estimating, and designed the review screen where estimators check its work before it reaches the estimate.
